We’re delighted to launch this exciting new virtual challenge, raising money for four special charities.

As a major Channel Islands business, we understand that we hold a prominent position in our community and we’re committed to making a positive difference in Island life.

Every two years, we ask our colleagues to choose four charities they would like to support and work with. As well as allowing these charity partners to hold events in the Airport terminal, where we match the amount they raise, we normally allow each of them to hold an exclusive runway run. These popular events typically raise thousands for each charity.

As it was looking unlikely that we could accommodate that this year, we looked for other ways to support our chosen charities, with an innovative event that everyone could get involved in. We came up with the idea of a virtual runway challenge, which could be completed by anyone, anywhere, regardless of age, ability or fitness.

We do hope you’ll join us and get involved; whether that’s taking on the ultimate challenge of all 21 runways or completing the equivalent of the Jersey runway (3.4 km), on a walk with family or friends.
